Why hound me if it's not urgent ?! Stop making it so urgent if you're going to make me wait!!

I don't understand why I was told to make an urgent call to the brain doctor well I can't spell the term correctly but then they have the stupidity power to force you to wait 3 whole months?? Hay I'm the one who had the ad normal finding stop.makimg it urgent if you're going to force me to wait 3 dam month!! And I'm about to do the MRI this week too after this I'm going to another hospital !!
