Very angry 😡 stuck in a freakin 2 hour unknown delay should have told me before I check in now I’m going to get back during heat of the stupid day in Springfield and they really don’t care how I was to tell my ride that I was going to be late! Lady and guard and manager at station was all very rude not the way you treat a paying customer!!!!!!!! I will be glad when I’m all moved in!!!!!!!!!!! I paid almost $70 to get mistreated ?
