I lost I'm forced to be at the mercy of fed ex evil Walmart won't even let me pick up at fed ex!!!

Even though they have a lot of money fed ex rules and policies is not friendly to those who live in apartment buildings and apartment complexes or people who are disabled and live on high floors. I know because I don't have a great track  record with Fed ex either almost not getting a order to almost missing orders for Ed my microwave that I ordered from Walmart when I was out of town for my birthday. FedEx drivers come late at night say 8 pm if they come at all and they're not allowed to tell you who the driver that have a package that is coming to you plus you are not allowed to change how want package delivered would forced to wait until the next day to call not Walmart customer service but Walmart order fulfillment I kid you not! It's not just like this here in st Louis it's also was when I lived in Springfield mo and they didn't have radios to let drivers know that customers are calling for and needing their package how you're going to be a wealthy company and run like that?? They don't call the customers either so they would be stuck waiting for fed ex all hours of the day till 8 pm fed ex either needs new management or close because that's no way to run a shipping company no matter how long it's been in business and they didn't change with the times.
